The Results of the Postal Ballot with reference to the passing of Special Resolution for altering the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company, moved through Postal Ballot, pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, is hereby declared today i.e. October 16, 2015
